Job Title: AVP, E-Commerce Channel Development & Shelf Strategy, LDB
Division: L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB)
Reports To: VP, Account Sales

Location: Hudson Yards, NY

Who We Are

The Digital Shelf and Conversion team at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) helps shoppers find, understand, and purchase our brands across retailer websites. We use data and shopper insights to improve digital shelf health, strengthen product detail pages, and optimize the online journey across retail partners such as Walmart, Target, and Ulta.

The Opportunity & Your Impact

As the E-Commerce Lead for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you will set the strategic direction for the e-commerce channel and lead the team responsible for building its growth across key retail partners, including Walmart, Target, and Ulta. You will connect divisional and brand priorities to retailer-specific plans—aligning channel development, digital merchandising, and conversion-focused execution to make it easier for shoppers to discover and purchase our brands online.
