YOUR MISSION

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will become an active member of our HR team and support the recruitment of future L'Oréal talents. You will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment process while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for internship, entry-level and senior positions.
• Screening applications and identifying high-potential candidates.
• Conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing recruitment data and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Supporting employer branding and campus recruiting initiatives.
• Participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and assessment centers.
• Monitoring recruiting KPIs and preparing reports and insights.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and people development.
• You are an excellent communicator and enjoy building relationships with different stakeholders.
• You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in English.
