A Day in the Life

As our Assistant Store Manager at our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, you will co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, setting the pace for an elevated retail environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.

• Support, coach, and motivate the retail team on the sales floor to deliver tailored consumer consultations across our luxury brand portfolio.

• Track store KPIs, monitor inventory flow, and take proactive action to achieve daily sales targets.

• Maintain seamless floor coverage and stock organisation during peak trade periods.

• Retail Operations: Demonstrated capability in daily store management, visual merchandising, and stock logistics within high-volume retail.

• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of retail metrics and the ability to turn sales data into actionable daily targets.

• Customer Experience: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional luxury beauty service and client care.

• Operational Agility: Excellent organisational skills to balance floor leadership, inventory tasks, and scheduling.
