What You Will Learn:

As a Production Support Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive quality support across various departments. You will gain experience in supporting bulk production and Process Expertise through issuing adjustments, performing lab batches, and batch monitoring. You will contribute to packaging quality by facilitating the pocket defect process, including statistical sampling, and managing in-process nonconformances.

Furthermore, you will assist with internal and external audits, supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 compliance. You will also develop skills in customer complaint investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. This role provides opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally, enhance problem-solving abilities, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. At times it will be necessary for the Production Support Quality Engineer to serve as a backup for the Raw Material Lab, the Component Lab, and the Finished Good Lab.


Understands and leads the department expectations and floor priorities. Demonstrates initiative and flexibility beyond scope of job.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in scientific discipline (such as chemistry, microbiology, etc.).
  • 1+ years’ experience in scientific or quality-related discipline, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in (or willing to learn) Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and statistical skills for result interpretation.
  • Organized, process-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  • Willingness to cross-train and provide coverage for other lab roles as required.

Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
