Marco (Digital): "So, I'm Marco. I'm Italian, born and raised in France. I studied in Canada and have been working at L'Oréal for eight years."

Marco: "Okay, that's right." [Chuckles]

Marco: "As a DJ, I'm always moving, you know, making people dance in different places. It can be Berlin, it can be Paris, it can be London. And I really feel that L'Oréal is the same, you know, mobility is everywhere. So you travel in different countries, you meet different teams, and you interact with different people."

[Laughs warmly]

Marco: "So L'Oréal has been a company I always wanted to join. The first time I applied, I got rejected. But then I saw this Brandstorm innovation pitch contest, applied to it, finished on the podium, and then I got a job opportunity. So shout out to the team, lifetime opportunity for me."

[Marco laughs happily]

Marco: "So my first move was actually geographical from Montréal to Paris. I was missing my family, I was missing my girlfriend. I asked L'Oréal and three months after, I was part of the headquarter teams in Paris. And then my second move was more professional. I went from a data team to an e-commerce team. So it really helped me understand the business side of things and the true purpose of what we do in data teams."

[Visual: A crew member holds up and claps the slate board on set.]

Marco: "My future, I know for sure it's not going to be boring. L'Oréal is different companies inside one company. So you know you're always going to meet new people, start new projects, learn new stuff. So I think it's like discovering a new club: you discover a new sound system, you have a new décor. It's never the same, but always fun."

Marco: "Life's too short..."
