Faith (Supply Chain Analyst - L'Oréal USA): "Hello, I'm Faith. I am a supply chain analyst at L'Oréal USA, and outside of L'Oréal, I am a figure skater. I started ice skating very young. I was inspired by watching the Olympics, and I saw it on TV and I was like, 'Mom, I want to do that.' And she took me to the ice rink."

Faith: "I applied for L'Oréal internship on our careers website. I didn't realize it at the time, but an engineering internship at a beauty company in New York City is exactly something that fit me because of the creative aspect and also living in a city I've always wanted to."

[Laughs]

Faith: "As a supply chain intern, I was given the opportunity to work on a transportation project to bring forth an optimized equation that makes our product delivery better timed. Yeah."

Faith: "I was able to combine my technical expertise with my love for creativity through the Management Trainee program, where I was a global product developer on the Kiehl's team. It taught me how to be confident in myself and having faith in myself."

[Laughs]

Faith: "As an ice skater, I was taught discipline. As an intern, I was entrusted with opportunity to give impact. And currently, in my role as a supply chain analyst, I get to play my part in a global transformation project."

Faith: "Yeah. When you think of L'Oréal, you think of beauty and the finished product. I'm looking forward to the new technologies and the new challenges that lie ahead."
