Over Coffee at L'Oréal – I'm an engineer at L'Oréal Groupe
In this insightful clip from the "Over Coffee" vodcast, SeedZ Management Trainee Emilie converses with Vincent, an operations engineer, in a relaxed studio lounge setting. Vincent explains the critical shift from long-term headquarters planning to the dynamic, fast-paced environment of manufacturing plants, highlighting adaptability as the single most essential skill for thriving on the factory floor every single day.

Emilie (Host): And that's where there is a key skill, I believe, which is adaptability. You need to adapt to people, you need to adapt to situations, different métiers...
Vincent (Guest): Yeah.
Emilie (Host): And it's very true in the factory.

Vincent (Guest): Yeah, completely. And I think this is the best advice I can give you. Adaptability is one of my main mottos.

Vincent (Guest): When I switched from the headquarters operations to the factory, there is a huge bridge to cross. At the headquarters, you are more planning for long-term and mid-term situations, while in the factory, you are constantly focusing on the day-to-day and making sure you win the day.
