1. 项目规划与执行
• 负责车间扩建项目的整体规划，包括施工，布局及能源配套等。指定详细的项
目实施计划；
• 混料设备的招标文件准备，技术细节确认及出厂前的验收，现场安装调试。确
保设备满足生产需求；
• 协调内外部资源，确保按照按期完成。
2. 安全管理与质量控制
• 按照集团要求，完成安全管理团队的设立及管理，组织完成好项目安全风险分
析和过程监督；
• 按照要求监督项目施工，确保符合行业规范，环保及安全需求；
3. 成本与进度管理
• 编制项目预算，控制项目成本开支，定期汇报资金使用情况；
• 监控项目关键节点，定期召开项目会议，确保项目按时交付；
4. 合规与验收
• 协调完成政府审批程序（项目备案，生工许可坑，安全职业健康三同时等）
• 组织项目竣工验收完成设备性能测试及环境测试，确保达到生产需求
