אנחנו מחפשים אנשים שחיים ונושמים ביוטי, אוהבים אנשים, חזקים במכירות ורוצים להביא את הידע והניסיון שלהם לתפקיד שטח מגוון, מקצועי ודינמי - אנחנו מחפשים אותך.
לצוות המבצעים של חטיבת היוקרה בלוריאל ישראל דרוש/ה יועצ/ת ביוטי ומכירות לתפקיד שטח דינמי, הכולל עבודה עם Lancôme ומותגי היוקרה של החטיבה בעולמות הטיפוח, האיפור והבישום.
מה כולל התפקיד?
עבודה בהתאם לתוכנית שבועית בסניפים בפריסה ארצית, עם יציאה ישירות מהבית לסניפים.
במסגרת התפקיד:
- ליווי פעילויות, אירועים ומבצעים יזומים בנקודות המכירה
- מתן ייעוץ מקצועי ואישי ללקוחות בתחומי טיפוח עור הפנים, איפור ובישום
- התאמת מוצרים לצורכי הלקוח/ה ומתן חוויית שירות ברמה גבוהה
- קידום מכירות ועמידה ביעדי מכירה
- ייצוג מותגי חטיבת היוקרה ברמה מקצועית וייצוגית
- עבודה בסניפים בהתאם לאזור הגיאוגרפי, לצד נכונות לנסיעות לכלל הסניפים בארץ בהתאם לצורך
את מי אנחנו מחפשים?
- ניסיון כמאפר/ת מקצועי/ת – חובה
- ניסיון בעבודה עם מותגי קוסמטיקה בתחום הביוטי/קוסמטיקאית בעל/ת ידע מקצועי בטיפוח עור- יתרון משמעותי
- אוריינטציה מכירתית ושירותית גבוהה ויכולת להניע לקוחות לרכישה
- יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול יום עבודה בסניף
- רישיון נהיגה בתוקף – חובה
היקף , מיקום ושעות העבודה
משרה מלאה, 5-6 ימים בשבוע(לפי דרישה) בסניפים קמעונאיים, בפריסה ארצית
שעות העבודה בימים הרגילים: 10:00–20:00 או 11:00–20:00, בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה.
