Role Summary
The Product Manager will lead SkinCeuticals’ category strategy and integrated marketing communications (IMC), translating the brand’s professional heritage into compelling, consumer-relevant experiences that strengthen brand equity, accelerate category growth, and deliver business results.
This role requires the ability to independently plan and execute IMC campaigns from strategy through delivery and performance review. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Training, and external agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent execution across all consumer and professional touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Category Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement category strategies and annual marketing plans based on market, consumer, and competitive insights.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand authority and drive category growth.
- Partner with regional and global teams to adapt brand strategies to local market needs.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing priorities with sell-in and sell-out objectives.
IMC Campaign Planning & Execution
- Independently plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns across clinics, e-commerce, digital, social media, PR, consumer events, and retail channels.
- Integrate professional advocacy with consumer communications to deliver consistent messaging and brand experiences.
- Manage campaign briefs, asset localization and development, timelines, budgets, on-site execution, and post-campaign reviews.
- Lead agency and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time and make effective use of resources.
Professional Channel & Brand Events
- Develop clinic-ready marketing tools and materials, such as product detailing aids, treatment guides, clinic displays, and promotional kits.
- Support medical events including presentation preparation, invitations and RSVPs, venue logistics, and material coordination.
- Coordinate product sampling and trial initiatives for dermatologists, and gather feedback from launches and campaigns to inform future improvements.
- Plan and execute brand experiences, including pop-ups, flagship store events, store image maintenance, and KOL and media collaborations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for IMC campaigns, aligning Sales, E-Commerce, Training, and other stakeholders on objectives, roles, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively track project progress, identify execution risks, and coordinate resources to keep projects on track and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Define and monitor KPIs—including brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and category contribution—and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in product management, brand marketing, or consumer marketing; experience in beauty, skincare, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred.
- Proven experience in brand or category management, with the ability to independently plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and turn shared objectives into action.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience with budget management and performance measurement.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to deliver in an agile environment with limited resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in Mandarin and English.
