【工作內容】
- 負責深耕北區並管理藥局通路（主要負責雙北地區，部分客戶位於宜蘭與花蓮），共同推廣萊雅旗下深受信任的品牌。
- 客戶關係與通路管理：維護並深化與地區型藥局的合作關係，簽訂合約並達成銷售目標。
- 區域業務開發：制定並執行區域銷售計劃，主動發掘市場新商機。
- 跨團隊協作：與行銷及培訓團隊緊密合作，確保店內完美執行促銷與品牌呈現。
【工作條件】
- 具備 4 年以上豐富的 OTC 藥品或保養品銷售實務經驗（有藥局通路經驗者佳）。
- 擁有出色的商務談判、溝通協調能力與敏銳的商業觸覺。
- 有 Microsoft excel, ppt, word 等基本文書處理能力
- 具備高度團隊協作精神，並樂於在變動環境中追求卓越。
- 需自備汽車以利日常客訪與區域拜訪。
- 若有擔任過大型連鎖藥局（如大樹、丁丁、佑全）及地區性連鎖藥局（如專品, 富康, 春天）的業務窗口為佳。
