• 根据公司EHS、质量及相关程序的规定, 监督包装产线生产, 并利用学习工具如RCA，CAPA等 分析出现的问题并采取有效解决措施；
• 协调包装生产线的质量、EHS和绩效验证；
• 监控包装的关键绩效指标, 执行行动计划并管控包装生产线的效率；
• 实施日常管理如5S，AM等 (日常团队管理、自上而下和自下而上的沟通等),并持续改进； • 通过协调资源 (人力和技术、包材、油脂),优化包装操作员安排和绩效, 以确保生产的短期计划 得以达成；
• 根据短期规划要求, 协助维修技术员确认保养工作的优先次序；
• 每月对线长主操和操作人员的绩效进行评估；
• 可以接受轮班工作；
• 协助灌包装主管/经理达成部门目标；
• 定期对线长主操和操作人员进行培训和指导；协调并组织产线的日常清洁并确保达到工业卫生水平的标准；
