工作职责： 1、在生产部实施绩效改进工具，如SMED、OPTIMA、OPTCIP等; 2、跟踪生产效率，指定行动计划以提高生产效率; 3、根据生产维修、看板、安全、质量、培训计划等领导工作小组和执行行动计划; 4、监控投资项目，参与技术决策和工具选择，以及基于技术要求的分包商投标; 5、协调新工具的安装，确保调试符合质量、安全、产量等相关标准; 6、通过确定和监测关键指标来评估项目的有效性; 7、管理分包商; 8、跟踪生产效率，制定行动计划以提高生产效率; 9、创建绩效改进文化，如领导TPM项目; 10、评估新品的生产可行性，并提供技术支持，参与定期的NL会议; 11、组织协调新品试线，与POLE一起完善测试报告，有任何异常，及时与UP内部及NL和POLE沟通; 12、确保新品大生产前相关措施落实到位，并完成对相关人员的培训; 13、跟进新品批量生产的成品质量及效率情况，确保新品顺利上线; 14、收集UP包装及产线优化建议，并识别可行性实施，跟踪结果的落实。 岗位要求： 1.本科或以上学历； 2.英语可作为工作语言； 3.至少3年以上生产相关项目经验，有项目管理经验优先； 4.跨部门沟通能力强，结果导向。
