Reports To: Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Our brands portfolio includes CeraVe, La Roche-Possay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals offering a range of skincare and haircare products to respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin. 


What You Will Learn:

  • Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital improvement projects using modern tools (Solvace, PowerBI, Excel, AI) to streamline compliance, long-term stability testing, and annual product reports for quick data analysis and pull. 
  • Annual Product Reporting: Support Annual Product Reports for OTC plant, 
  • Equipment & Process Validation: Support and execute equipment re-validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Clean-In-Place / Sanitize-In-Place (CIP/SIP) validations for existing and new recipes. 
  • Manufacturing & Hygiene: Help roll out digital solutions like E-CLAIRS (electronic cleaning logs) and support critical hygiene initiatives, trainings and protocols.
  • Validation/Lab Testing: Assist with SCOOP capability studies, statistical sampling, ACD testing/qualification, and QC lab testing as needed.
  • Lead Cross-Functionally: Participate in risk assessments and collaborate with external (Engineering, R&I) teams to drive continuous improvement projects to completion.


What We Are Looking For:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Passion for hands on technical problem solving

Passion for utilizing digital tools (Solvace, PowerBI, Excel, AI) to drive efficiency 


Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled or have received a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline within the last 12 months
  • Lab experience preferred.
