1. 培训体系规划与实施
主导设计并迭代覆盖全场景的培训体系（含新员工入职、产品知识、销售技巧、服务标准、数字化工具应用等），确保培训内容贴合业务需求与品牌调性。
推动多元化培训形式落地（如一对一辅导、数字化课程、线下工作坊、销售点实战带教等），保障培训覆盖率与效果转化率。
2. 团队赋能与人才发展
搭建新人培养SOP，主导美妆顾问入职阶段的全流程支持（含文化融入、技能带教、社群运营），缩短新人成长周期。
建立内部导师机制与学习社群，通过案例分享、技能比武、线上答疑等形式，持续激活团队学习氛围与专业沉淀。
3. 销售效能提升
联动零售管理团队，通过监控培训投资回报率（ROI）、销售额转化、客单价等核心指标，分析培训对业务的实际贡献，针对性优化培训策略。
销售高峰期深入一线参与实战带教，协助门店达成业绩目标；定期输出培训效果复盘报告，为管理决策提供数据支撑。
4. 品牌价值传递与竞争洞察
将品牌价值观、服务理念深度融入培训课程与考核标准，确保终端服务与品牌形象高度一致。
建立竞品动态监测机制，定期输出竞品在「产品创新、服务模式、培训体系」等维度的分析报告，为品牌差异化竞争提供策略输入。
