Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy & Process Enablement: Assist the lead in continuously optimizing the underlying logic and standard processes of media sourcing in China, enhancing business agility while ensuring compliance.
- Annual RFP & Remuneration Modeling: From a commercial and financial perspective, lead/deeply participate in the annual media agency RFP. Collaborate with the business team to explore and optimize agency remuneration models and performance incentive mechanisms (Bonus/Malus) to unlock the agency's best service potential.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Assist in establishing a scientific and objective agency performance evaluation system, standardize the Scope of Work (SOW), and foster a healthy, long-term, and win-win partnership between L'Oréal and its agencies.
- Media Partnership Commercial Support: Act as a professional pillar for the business team during annual cooperation planning with core media platforms (e.g., Tencent, ByteDance, Xiaohongshu). Provide commercial framework recommendations and compliance safeguards from a sourcing perspective, assisting the business team in optimizing the overall commercial value of the investment.
- Transparency Management: Enhance transparency across the media buying value chain. Mitigate commercial risks and ensure the security and compliance of media investments through rigorous contract clause design and process standardization.
- Benchmarking & Performance Insights: Continuously track market pricing benchmarks and macro trends. Assist in coordinating regular media performance and compliance reviews, co-create commercial insights with the business team, and translate them into future optimization strategies.
