Digital Manager

Shanghai, China Mainland

  • Reference number: 260459
  • Location: Shanghai, China Mainland
  • Date posted: 07/11/2026
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Professional field: Digital Marketing
  • Media

What you will do

• Generate business insights from media performance. Analyse campaign and channel results to understand what is working, what is not, and why. Translate findings into recommendations for media planning, campaign optimisation and future investment decisions.

 • Bring social media signals into the bigger picture. Analyse social media and content performance—including audience response, engagement, creators and platform trends—to identify opportunities relevant to brand and media objectives.

• Connect insights across sources. Consider performance data alongside campaign goals, consumer and category context, and platform dynamics. Help teams distinguish meaningful patterns from isolated metrics and understand the implications for their brands.

• Lead decision-focused reporting. Deliver regular performance updates and campaign reviews that are clear, accurate and actionable. Work with partners to improve the consistency of key measures while keeping reporting focused on business questions.

 • Turn campaign learning into future action. Partner with brand teams and media agencies to review outcomes, discuss opportunities and apply learnings to upcoming briefs, plans and campaigns. •

Support innovation through AI. Identify promising AI use cases in media planning, analysis, insight development or reporting. Help test relevant solutions with the team, assess whether they improve quality or efficiency in practice, and support responsible adoption in line with applicable data requirements.

• Influence through collaboration. Work closely with brand, media, social and agency partners to communicate recommendations and help turn insights into action. What you bring

• Experience in digital media, social media, media strategy, campaign effectiveness or a closely related area, gained in a brand, agency or platform environment.

 • A sound understanding of how media supports brand and business objectives, and the ability to interpret performance in that context.

• Experience analysing media or social media results and communicating practical recommendations—not only producing reports

 • Strong analytical judgement: you can ask the right questions, recognise the limitations of data and explain findings clearly to different stakeholders.

• Interest in applying AI to real media challenges, with the ability to assess its usefulness critically. Experience developing AI systems is not required.

• Confidence working across teams and with external partners to move from insight to action.

• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
