Job description
As a Project Manager, you will join us to empower and enable L’OREAL in this tech ambition. You will be accountable for
•Managee & framee project scope
•Define project success criteria
•Consolidate project management deliverables with the project team
•Report and decision-making with top management
•Monitor the risk analysis and the related mitigation plan
•Facilitate cooperation and feedback within the project team
As Head of Development team, you will lead North Asia projects end to end including:
•Develop and maintain business relations with different business teams
•Identify project opportunities based on market insight, tech innovation and translate to market language
•Partnership with engineering to develop local ecosystems and accelerate time to market efficacy with no compromised quality.
•Arrange and balance resource for project roadmap
•Coordinate and support global team to localize and land international project in Asia.
Profile
•You have a degree (Bachelor, or above) in one of the following disciplines : material, electrics, mechanics, or related engineering background
•You have significant experience as project manager and transversal team management to coordinate all stakeholders, including, not limited to product innovation team, regulation team, testing team, design firm, manufacturer access Europe, Asia and US.
•You can easily combine technical and business approaches.
•You are curious and like to learn new technology.
•You have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive your projects to their completion
•You are pragmatic.
•You can manage priorities.
•You speak English fluently. French is a plus.
