[L'Oréal Korea] Sr. DC Inbound Specialist - OPS - CORP
Job Summary:
Lead and oversee end-to-end goods receipt, returns, domestic relabeling, and subcontracted operations at L’Oréal Korea’s Icheon Distribution Center, supporting four divisions and 16 brands. Ensure stable data integration between Manhattan and SAP, as well as compliance with inbound lead times. Maintain robust warehouse quality controls, including QC sampling, condition codes, and lot and batch management. Manage on-site subcontractor operations in compliance with applicable labor requirements.
Key Job Accountabilities (Core Responsibility)
A. Inbound Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage daily and weekly inbound schedules for overseas shipments and domestic goods receipt operations across four divisions and 16 brands.
- Coordinate receiving lead times, unloading priorities, and logistics flows with brand supply chain and supply planning teams, as well as bonded warehouse partners.
- Secure sufficient warehouse capacity in advance to manage promotion-driven volume peaks and large-scale returns.
B. WMS/ERP System Inbound Governance
- Ensure data consistency and control goods receipt execution between SAP and MAWM for inbound deliveries, including LPN-level and item-level ASNs.
- Verify product dimensions using scanning tools and validate item master data, including units of measure and standard case and pallet configurations, during new item introduction.
- Investigate system and inventory discrepancies using the Audit iLPN process or tool, including shortages, overages, dummy batches, and damaged goods, and provide operational approval for issue resolution.
C. VAS & External Relabeling Management
- Oversee relabeling operations required under Korean regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable cosmetics regulations. Manage the in-house relabeling line and two external service providers.
- Allocate volumes among relabeling vendors, monitor turnaround times, negotiate unit costs, and review and approve monthly vendor billing reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assembly and tester conversion using commercial finished goods.
Qualifications
[Required]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. A degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or related discipline is preferred.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
[Preferred]
- Experience in a distribution center or with a third-party logistics provider in FMCG, cosmetics, luxury retail, or healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management system implementation, cutover or migration projects, or item master data architecture.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and monthly billing reconciliations for domestic relabeling and other value-added services.
- Strong business English skills for working with global and regional stakeholders, including preparing reports and documentation.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting using relevant tools.
- Ability to commute to Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.

- 국내규정에따라필요한표시사항재작업을관련화장품규정에맞게총괄하고, 내부재작업라인과외부서비스업체 2곳을관리합니다.
- 재작업업체별물량을배분하고처리기간을모니터링하며, 단가를협상하고월별업체청구내역을검토·승인합니다.
- 판매용완제품을활용한조립및테스터전환작업의표준운영절차를개발하고유지합니다.
