Job Title : LDB Business Analysis & Omnichannel Manager
- Providing data analysis through Veeva, Targeting, Prescription panel data to monitor the performance of medical representatives and handle medical sizing tools
Main Tasks
1. Deployment and Management of CRM tool (Veeva)
- Handling customer data and territory management (user profiles, roles, validation rules, territory alignment)
- Loading data with data loader templates (accounts, users, product catalog)
- Support medical detailing plan creation (MCCP multichannel cycle plan management)
- Control administrative procedure compliance (sample management, visit data control)
- Raise incident reports and service tickets on platform, data, user anomaly
- Develop Veeva KPIs (locally, and zone-specific, global specific)
- Drive Segmentation & Targeting of accounts/doors based on appropriate data / geographical needs
2. Management and Analysis of Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) through Medical-related Data (Shinhan Card & PowerBI Dashboard)
- Gather and analyze medical landscape data & insights to support definition of healthcare ecosystem
- Manage PowerBI Medical dashboard data on a daily basis
- Create reports on a weekly basis on Veeva KPI status
- Perform data analysis to support recommendations to medical management to improve performance of the medical sales team
- Update Shinhan Card data on a quarterly-basis (data cleansing, account mapping, uploading on PowerBI)
3. Management of Medical Sizing Tools
- Update medical sizing for annual business planning (Medical Dashboard, 3YR Plan)
- Update territory changes & structure changes
- Keep documentation/log of data used, assumptions on forecasts, pre-budget and budget plans
4. Management of Omnichannel activities
- Define appropriate medical omnichannel strategy based on business needs and medical landscape
- Identify online and offline channel, and contact points of communication
- Define yearly deployment plan of each online channel (based on category/brand/segment/target/digital savvyness)
- Pilot digital tools (webinar, kakaochannel, e-detailer mails, newsletters)
- Monitor and analyze tool performance w/ performance indicators (email reach rate, click-th rate, commitment, impact score)
Tasks to be added
1. Sell-in, Sell-th data management
- Management of PA off, sell-in promotional data centrally
- Holistic management of sell-in (stock management, over sell-in, returns, etc.)
- Management of daily sell-th data by Zeullig (MR mapping, Origin code & internal account creation)
- Management of Sell-th masterfile
2. Bonus scheme & incentives
- Support of development of bonus scheme for sales team (qualitative sales target, quantitative Veeva visit data)
- Support implementation & monitoring of achievements
- Report results of incentives of medical sales team
