Job Title: 3CE Trade Marketing Manager


Key Job Accountabilities 

JOB SUMMARY
 Accelerate 3CE category growth in a fast-paced O+O beauty market by translating brand and category strategy into integrated commercial priorities and activation plans, ensuring that key business opportunities are fully captured across channels. Own promotion effectiveness and ROI, optimize and elevate commercial plans through data-driven insights, and recommend actions to maximize business impact.


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

  1. Category & GTM Strategy
     Develop O+O GTM strategy for 3CE aligned with overall category and brand ambitions.
     Translate brand and category strategy into clear commercial priorities across key channels and customers.
     Identify growth opportunities based on market, category, shopper, customer and sales performance.
     Define and track key category and brand objectives, including sell-out and market share targets.
     Provide category and commercial perspectives to support key business planning and management decisions.
  2. Integrated Commercial Activation Planning
     Develop an integrated commercial activation plan connecting marketing campaigns, key launches, hero products and major commercial opportunities.
     Define what to prioritize, when and where based on brand priorities, category opportunities and key retail moments.
     Review activation plans across channels to identify gaps, overlaps and untapped opportunities.
     Proactively recommend additional commercial actions and priorities to senior leadership to maximize business opportunities.
     Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure commercial priorities are translated into executable plans.
  3. Promotion Strategy & Effectiveness
     Own the overall promotion strategy and effectiveness agenda for 3CE.
     Critically review and optimize major promotion plans across channels based on business objectives, including product focus, mechanics, timing and investment.
     Conduct pre/post promotion analysis, including ROI and effectiveness assessment.
     Identify key learnings and improvement opportunities based on historical promotions, competitive activities and business performance.
     Partner with RGM, Finance and Sales to continuously improve promotion effectiveness and investment efficiency.
  4. Assortment & Launch Strategy
     Define assortment principles and priorities by channel/customer based on category potential, shopper needs and commercial opportunities.
     Define commercial priorities for key launches, including hero products, strategic SKUs and shades.
     Connect launch priorities with relevant channel opportunities and major commercial moments.
     Review launch performance and identify actions required to maximize commercial impact.
     Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure launch and assortment decisions are aligned with overall category priorities.
  5. Commercial Performance & Growth Opportunities
     Monitor category, channel, customer and SKU-level performance to identify business opportunities and risks.
     Translate market and sales data into clear commercial recommendations and actions, beyond performance reporting.
     Review the effectiveness of key commercial activities and embed learnings into future GTM and activation plans.
     Identify white-space opportunities not sufficiently addressed by existing Marketing or Sales plans.
     Provide fact-based recommendations and actionable commercial guidance to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

 Strong understanding of Makeup category dynamics, including assortment, shades, launches, trends and shopper behavior, developed through relevant experience or supported by fast learning agility.
 - Cross-functional Leadership & Execution
 Ability to collaborate, influence, and align with Marketing, Sales, Finance, RGM, Demand Planning and other stakeholders, driving agreed actions through execution


Qualifications

Education 

University graduate

Years of experience

5~10 years

Experience

-Relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles in FMCG / Beauty industry

-Experience in promotion strategy, commercial planning and performance analysis preferred

-Experience in Beauty / Makeup category and H&B / e-Commerce channels preferred

Language

Fluent in Korean 

Business-level English communication preferred

Other Skills 

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to translate data and market insights into clear business recommendations

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
