A Day in the Life

Love working with data, trends and turning ideas into action? As a Make-up Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets, reporting to the Product Manager. You’ll work closely with L’Oréal Paris and NYX Professional Makeup, and collaborate with Maybelline New York and essie too. Expect a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn data into direction: Analyze market and sales data, spot trends and share clear conclusions and recommendations with management.
• Keep your finger on the pulse: Track make-up trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for our brands.
• Make content click: Adapt and localize brand materials for our markets, teaming up with designers and agencies to keep every asset on-brand.
• Get hands-on with campaigns: Once you’ve settled in and demonstrated your strengths, you may have the opportunity to lead one or two smaller campaigns during the year, with support from the team.
• Make the decks that make things happen: Create presentations and sales materials that help our teams tell the story behind our brands.
• Support exciting launches: Help coordinate launch activities and ensure the right materials are ready for each market.

Our Ideal Candidate:

 • Current university student, available 25 to 32 hours a week for a minimum of 6 months

 • Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent in English.

 • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

 • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

 • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude

 • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
