A Day in the Life as a Management Trainee reporting into senior business leaders, you will accelerate your career through an 18-month rotational program designed to expose you to pivotal challenges across our business functions.
- Rotational Missions: Drive real-world projects across key tracks (Commercial & Marketing or Data & Finance) to gain a 360-degree understanding of our ecosystem.
- Business Impact: Take early ownership of operational and strategic deliverables that directly influence brand performance and market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with transversal teams and diverse stakeholder networks across Malaysia-Singapore to execute innovative business solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in tailored upskilling programs, executive mentoring, and regular leadership forums.
