תיאור המשרה:

  • גיבוש והובלת האסטרטגיה והתוכנית השיווקית של המותגים.
  • ניהול תקציב, ניתוח דאטה ותחזיות המכירות, תוך חיבור בין פעילות השיווק לביצועים העסקיים, יעדי המכירות ורווחיות 
  • הובלת קמפיינים, השקות מוצרים ופעילות  Omnichannel ודיגיטל.
  • זיהוי מגמות ומנועי צמיחה ותרגומם לתובנות ולהחלטות שיווקיות ועסקיות.
  • ניהול והובלת ממשקי עבודה עם מחלקות : מכירות, לוגיסטיקה, כספים, סחר, מדיקל ועם משרדי הפרסום והקריאייטיב. 
  • עבודה שוטפת ודיווח מול מטה החברה בפריז.
  • ניהול צוות שיווק ואחריות על הפיתוח המקצועי של אנשי הצוות.


דרישות:

  • תואר אקדמי רלוונטי – חובה.
  • ניסיון משמעותי בתפקידי שיווק בכירים, בניהול מותגים ובבניית אסטרטגיה שיווקית.
  • ניסיון בניהול תקציבים, יעדים עסקיים וממשקים מסחריים.
  • יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ויכולת לתרגם נתונים להחלטות ולמהלכי צמיחה.
  • הבנה עמוקה של עולם הדיגיטל, המשפיענים והטרנדים בסושיאל -יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון בתחום מוצרי צריכה/ביוטי/יוקרה- יתרון
  • ניסיון משמעותי בעבודה בסביבה גלובלית– יתרון
