משרה המשלבת בין עבודה במטה בנתניה ונסיעות שטח ברחבי הארץ בהתאם לצורך

תיאור המשרה:

בניית אסטרטגיה עבור מחלקת ההדרכה בחטיבת היוקרה

בניית תכנית הדרכה בהתאם לאסטרטגיה

הכנת מערכי הדרכה ותפעולם

תרגום חומרי הדרכה.

עדכון והעלאת חומרי למידה בפלטפורמות הדיגיטליות.

העברת הדרכות בפועל: פרונטליות ומקוונות (רשתות / כנסים / בוטיקים / יועצות יופי / אירועי VIP  / השקות ועוד)

אירועי השקות / VIP ליועצות יופי, לקוחות וספקים.

הרצאות ללקוחות וספקים.

פרויקט לקוח סמוי.

עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים בארץ ובחו"ל.

סביבת עבודה דינאמית- נסיעות ברחבי הארץ.

דרישות

תואר ראשון רלוונטי- יתרון.

ניסיון בעולמות ההדרכה - חובה.

ניסיון, חיבור והיכרות בעולם הביוטי והלייף סטייל, אופנה והטרנדים הרלוונטיים היכרות עם תחום האיפור/טיפוח/ קוסמטיקה/  תעודת מאפר.ת מקצועי.ת – יתרון, 

אוריינטציה דיגיטלית, שליטה מלאה במערכות - Office בדגש על PP + ניסיון בהכנת מצגות והיכרות עם עולמות הסושיאל מדיה (אינסטגרם / טיקטוק).

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה ויכולת תרגום חומרים מאנגלית לעברית ולהפך. ידע בצרפתית- יתרון.
