Deine Aufgaben
- Prozessoptimierung in der Logistik: Konzeptioniere, realisiere und verfolge eigenständig Projekte zur Optimierung logistischer Prozesse.
- Materialflussoptimierung: Optimiere den Materialfluss und die Staplerbewegungen im Distributionszentrum.
- Reporting & Analyse: Erstelle und kommuniziere tägliche, wöchentliche und monatliche Reports und Analysen.
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten: Unterstütze unser Team durch eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben und Projekte.
- Unternehmerisches Denken: Stelle deine unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis.
Dein Profil
- Studienhintergrund: Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain/Logistik.
- Praktische Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten von Vorteil.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute MS-Office (Excel) Kenntnisse, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit VBA/Makros.
- Eigeninitiative & Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und sehr gute Analysefähigkeiten. Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für eigene Aufgaben und Projekte zu übernehmen.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die gerne auf andere zugeht.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
