Getting 7 billion products to 150 countries is a complex puzzle. You won’t just be tracking shipments. You’ll be working with real-time forecasting, AI inventory systems, and automated warehouses across 180 global sites. Your focus? Moving products through 8 distribution channels efficiently, while figuring out how to strip carbon out of the entire process. It’s highly technical, the pace is fast, and the expectations are high. Was dich erwartet:

Während Deiner dreijährigen dualen Ausbildung zum Bachelor of Arts in Kooperation mit der DHBW Mannheim...

  • Lernst du neben Deinem Hauptstandort Muggensturm auch das Logistikzentrum in Mönchengladbach, die Produktionsfabrik in Karlsruhe sowie unser Headquarter in Düsseldorf kennen.
  • Durchläufst Du alle wichtigen Abteilungen entlang der Supply Chain wie beispielsweise Transport, Warehouse und Supply Planning.
  • Arbeitest Du aktiv im aktuellen Tagesgeschäft mit, übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Logistikprojekte und durchläufst unterschiedliche Positionen.
  • Lernst Du logistische Prozesse erfolgreich zu planen und zu betreuen.
  • Erhältst Du sehr gute Einblicke in die Strukturen und Abläufe der jeweiligen Abteilung und sammelst vielfältige Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse.

Dein Profil:

  • Abitur:Du hast dein Abitur erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Logistik:Du begeisterst dich für logistische Prozesse.
  • Teamfähigkeit:Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Teamfähigkeit mit.
  • Arbeitsweise:Du arbeitest präzise und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Sprachen:Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
