Unser Distributionszentrum in Mönchengladbach ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Logistik für die Division Luxe. Hier sorgen wir dafür, dass exklusive Kosmetik- und Duftmarken sicher und effizient ihren Weg zu unseren Kunden finden. In dieser Position steuerst Du die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Distributionszentrum und unterstützt die Entwicklung innovativer und kosteneffizienter Co-Packing-Lösungen für europaweite Promotionen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Steuerung des externen Distributionszentrums: Du steuerst und kontrollierst die Auftragsvorbereitung und stellst qualitativ hochwertige Informations- und Warenflüsse sicher. Außerdem arbeitest Du an Optimierungen an internen und externen Schnittstellen mit.
- Bestandsmanagement und Rechnungsworkflow: Du bist für den monatlichen Bestandsabgleich sowie die Inventur im Außenlager zuständig. Außerdem bist Du in Optimierungen und den Second-Life-Prozess von Beständen involviert. Zudem verwaltest und bearbeitest Du den monatlichen Rechnungsworkflow.
- KPI-Reporting und Verbesserung: Du erstellst kontinuierliche KPI-Reports und entwickelst eigenständig Aktionspläne zur Optimierung der Ergebnisse. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du die kontinuierliche Prozess- und Leistungsverbesserung in unserem internen Distributionszentrum.
- Business Partnering: Du arbeitest mit Marken- und Supply-Chain-Teams aus mehr als zehn Ländern zusammen.
- Co-Packing: Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von Co-Packing-Lösungen für europaweite Promotionen und berücksichtigst dabei Marketingziele sowie Kosten-, Rechts-, Sicherheits- und Kundenvorgaben.
Dein Profil
- Studium: Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium abgeschlossen.
- Praxiserfahrung: Idealerweise bringst Du Berufserfahrung in Supply-Chain-Planungsprozessen mit. Erfahrung im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
- Analytisches Denken: Du erfasst neue Sachverhalte schnell und gehst analytisch, konzeptionell und genau vor – auch bei komplexen Themen.
- Arbeitsweise & Kommunikation: Du bist organisiert, lösungsorientiert, eigeninitiativ und kommunikationsstark. Außerdem arbeitest Du gerne im Team und koordinierst unterschiedliche Schnittstellen souverän.
- Tools & Sprachen: Du gehst sicher mit SAP, MS Office und Power BI um und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
