Unser Distributionszentrum in Mönchengladbach ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Logistik für die Division Luxe. Im Bereich Preparation sorgst Du gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass Aufträge effizient und zuverlässig für den Versand vorbereitet werden. In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Preparation unterstützt Du die Steuerung des Bereichs und hilfst dabei, klare und einheitliche Prozesse für die Arbeit mit dem neuen Warehouse Management System (WMS) zu etablieren. Die Rolle verbindet administrative Prozesssteuerung mit einer aktiven Präsenz auf dem Shopfloor.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozesssteuerung: Du koordinierst und verbesserst die administrativen Abläufe im Bereich Preparation. Dabei definierst, dokumentierst und standardisierst Du klare Prozesse, um eine einheitliche und effiziente Arbeitsweise sicherzustellen.
  • WMS-Routinen: Du unterstützt die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Routinen im Preparation-Bereich, stellst die korrekte Systembearbeitung der relevanten Vorgänge sicher und hilfst dabei, das Wissen dazu im Team zu verankern.
  • Shopfloor-Coaching: Du bist regelmäßig auf dem Shopfloor, verstehst die Herausforderungen im Arbeitsalltag und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden. Du schulst sie zu neuen Prozessen, Standards und Funktionen des WMS – verständlich, geduldig und mit Blick auf ein vielfältiges, multikulturelles Team.
  • Qualität und Verbesserung: Du beobachtest die tägliche Leistung anhand relevanter Kennzahlen, erkennst Engpässe und unterstützt Ursachenanalysen bei Abweichungen. Gemeinsam mit den Teams leitest Du Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein und unterstützt die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Prozesse und Standards.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du unterstützt den Head of Preparation bei der täglichen operativen Abstimmung und bist eine koordinierende Ansprechperson für Teamleitungen und Supervisoren.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen abgeschlossen oder verfügst über gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung in der Logistik. Idealerweise hast Du in einem Logistik-, Lager- oder industriellen Umfeld gearbeitet und kennst Auftragsvorbereitung oder Kommissionierung.
  • System- und Prozessverständnis: Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Warehouse-Management-Systemen und kannst digitale Abläufe mit den praktischen Prozessen im Lager verbinden. Erfahrung mit dem neuen WMS, Manhattan oder SAP ist von Vorteil.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du arbeitest gerne nah am Geschehen auf dem Shopfloor und verbindest diese Praxisnähe mit guten administrativen Fähigkeiten und Prozessverständnis.
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Du kommunizierst klar und einfühlsam, kannst Sprachbarrieren überbrücken und komplexe Abläufe verständlich vermitteln. Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Arbeitsweise und Sprachen: Du arbeitest selbstständig, lernst neue Systeme schnell und hast Freude daran, andere zu schulen und weiterzuentwickeln. Du verfügst über professionelle Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
