Unser Distributionszentrum in Mönchengladbach ist eines der modernsten Logistikzentren der L'Oréal-Gruppe und das Herzstück unserer Logistik für die Division Luxe. Hier sorgen wir dafür, dass exklusive Kosmetik- und Duftmarken sicher und effizient den Weg zu unseren Kunden finden. Als Teil unseres HR-Teams erlebst du hautnah, wie Personalmanagement in einem dynamischen, logistischen Umfeld funktioniert.
Deine Aufgaben
- Learning & Development (L&D): Du begleitest und entwickelst Trainings- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowohl für gewerbliche Mitarbeitende auf dem Shopfloor als auch für das Office-Team.
- Compensation & Benefits: Du wirkst bei Analysen, Auswertungen und Projekten rund um Vergütungsstrukturen und Zusatzleistungen mit.
- Talent Management: Du unterstützt bei HR-Prozessen wie Performance Management, Talent Reviews und Nachfolgeplanungen für den Standort.
- Operative Personalbetreuung: Du unterstützt unser HR-Team im täglichen Geschäft (Day-to-Day Business) für Mitarbeitende im Shopfloor und Office.
- Employee Lifecycle: Du begleitest HR-Prozesse von der Betreuung im Onboarding bis hin zu administrativen Aufgaben und stehst im Austausch mit Führungskräften.
Dein Profil
- Studium: Du bist fortgeschrittene/r Studierende/r (Bachelor/Master) der BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften o.ä. (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal).
- Praxiserfahrung: Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch Praktika) im HR-Bereich gesammelt.
- Brancheninteresse: Du bringst Begeisterung für HR-Themen in einem operativen, logistischen Umfeld (Supply Chain / FMCG) mit.
- Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus.
- Sprachen & Tools: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office.
