Über uns: Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Preparation unterstützt du direkt die Abteilungsleitung (Head of Preparation) in unserem Logistikzentrum. Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in operative und strategische Logistikprozesse und begleitest aktiv die Implementierung und Standardisierung von Abläufen nach der Einführung unseres neuen Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

Prozesssteuerung & Administration:

    • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Dokumentation administrativer Arbeitsabläufe in der Vorbereitung.
    • Mithilfe bei der Analyse von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.

WMS-Integration & Routinen:

    • Begleitung der Systemintegration und Mitgestaltung neuer Arbeitsroutinen im WMS-Umfeld.
    • Aufbereitung von Prozesswissen zur Unterstützung des Teams im Umgang mit dem neuen System.

Shopfloor-Aktivitäten & Enablement:

    • Aktive Präsenz im Lager, um operative Herausforderungen direkt vor Ort zu verstehen.
    • Unterstützung bei der Schulung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden auf Basis der neuen Prozesse und WMS-Funktionen.
    • Kommunikative Unterstützung in unserem diversen, multikulturellen Team.

Qualitäts- und Prozessstandards:

    • Mitarbeit bei Ursachenanalysen von Prozessabweichungen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen.
    • Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung eingeführter Standards.

Schnittstellen-Koordination:

    • Zuarbeit für die Abteilungsleitung und Unterstützung bei der täglichen operativen Abstimmung.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleads und Schichtleitern durch datenbasierte Analysen und organisatorische Unterstützung.

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Immatrikulierte/r Student/in der Fachrichtungen Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang (idealerweise im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor- oder Masterstudium).
  • Erfahrung: Erste praktische Einblicke (z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten) in der Logistik, im Lagerumfeld oder in der Produktion sind von Vorteil.

Fähigkeiten:

    • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Systemen und WMS-Anwendungen sowie Verständnis für logistische Abläufe.
    • Hands-on-Mentalität: Bereit, Zeit direkt im Lager (Shopfloor) zu verbringen und anzupacken.
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, interkulturelle Kompetenz und Geduld im Umgang mit verschiedenen Teams.
    • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
