Unser Distributionszentrum in Mönchengladbach ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der Logistik für die Division Luxe. In den Bereichen Flow und Preparation sorgen wir gemeinsam dafür, dass Waren effizient durch das Distributionszentrum fließen und Aufträge zuverlässig bearbeitet werden. Als Admin unterstützt Du die operativen Abläufe und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Teams ihre täglichen Ziele sicher und effizient erreichen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Unterstützung: Du unterstützt die täglichen Abläufe in den Bereichen Flow und/oder Preparation und arbeitest eng mit den operativen Teams und Führungskräften zusammen.
- Prozessbegleitung: Du hilfst dabei, Waren- und Informationsflüsse sowie die Abläufe in den Bereichen zu koordinieren und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung einheitlicher Prozesse.
- Tagesgeschäft und Kennzahlen: Du wirkst bei der Erfassung und Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen und Kennzahlen mit und unterstützt die tägliche Abstimmung zur Kapazitäts- und Arbeitsplanung.
- Zusammenarbeit und Verbesserung: Du stehst im Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen und bringst Dich bei Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Arbeitssicherheit, Produktivität und Prozessen ein.
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung in einem Logistik- oder Lagerumfeld ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Scannern und Warenwirtschaftssystemen sind wünschenswert.
- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig, flexibel und zuverlässig, bist belastbar und hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe.
- Zusammenarbeit: Du bist teamorientiert, kommunizierst sicher und bringst ein gutes Zahlenverständnis mit.
- Tools und Sprachen: Du verfügst über gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und zu punktuellen Samstagseinsätzen setzen wir voraus.
