Un día en la vida

Te integrarás a nuestra división de Belleza Dermatológica en Ciudad de México para liderar la relación estratégica con la comunidad médica, impulsando la prescripción de nuestras marcas respaldadas por la ciencia.

  • Prescripción y Evidencia Científica: Visitarás especialistas y dermatólogos en Ciudad de México, presentando información clínica y formulaciones para fomentar la prescripción ética de nuestros productos.
  • Gestión Comercial de Territorio: Cumplirás los objetivos comerciales asignados mediante un seguimiento riguroso de cobertura, frecuencia y auditoría de disponibilidad en puntos de venta.
  • Reportes y Herramientas Digitales: Registrarás visitas y métricas en plataformas CRM, asegurando reportes cualitativos y cuantitativos veraces y oportunos.
  • Sinergia Transversal: Colaborarás con Marketing y Medical Affairs para coordinar eventos médicos, congresos y programas de actualización clínica.


Lo que buscamos

Buscamos un perfil con rigor científico, integridad inquebrantable, fuerte autogestión y excelencia en relaciones interpersonales.

  • Licenciatura concluida en Medicina, QFB, Enfermería, Mercadotecnia o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia demostrada en visita médica o representación comercial, idealmente en el sector dermocosmético o farmacéutico.
  • Manejo de herramientas de CRM, plataformas de reporte de visitas y paquetería Office.
  • Dominio profesional de español y competencia operativa en inglés intermedio deseable.
  • Disponibilidad de movilidad para trabajo de campo en Ciudad de México y zonas aledañas.
  • Competencias clave: Medical Detailing, Field Sales, Scientific Communication, Relationship Building, Planning & Business Analysis.
