A Day in the Life

En L’Oréal, las prácticas serán una experiencia inmersiva y vinculada al día a día del negocio. Formarás parte de un entorno dinámico y diverso, donde podrás desarrollar tus habilidades y contribuir a proyectos interesantes. Contarás con una persona mentora que te guiará y te ayudará a alcanzar tu máximo potencial en una de estas áreas:


• Ventas: Colaborarás en el análisis del mercado y detección de tendencias para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestras 36 marcas internacionales, dando soporte a la experiencia omnicanal del cliente.


• Marketing: Apoyarás la activación de campañas innovadoras, participando en el análisis de datos de consumidor para proponer ideas creativas de conexión con la audiencia.


• Comunicación: Asistirás en la creación de contenidos para diversas plataformas y darás soporte en iniciativas de redes sociales, relaciones públicas y comunicación interna.


• Operaciones: Participarás en proyectos logísticos explorando tecnologías de vanguardia como RFID, impresión 3D, inteligencia artificial y robots colaborativos (cobots) en nuestra cadena de suministro.


• Finanzas: Colaborarás en el análisis de datos financieros y darás soporte en la elaboración de informes y soluciones para optimizar resultados del negocio.


Buscamos a alguien que…

  • Pueda firmar un convenio de prácticas con su universidad española para realizar prácticas a jornada completa, durante 6 meses (900 horas): 35 horas semanales, de lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 17:30 y los viernes de 9:00 a 15:00.
  • Esté cursando estudios universitarios en una titulación incluida en el Registro de Universidades, Centros y Títulos (RUCT).
  • Tenga un DNI o NIE vigente hasta el 14 de septiembre de 2027.
  • Estudie una titulación de Management, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Business Analytics, Marketing, Comunicación o similar.
  • Tenga un buen dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Hable inglés y español con fluidez.
  • Sea una persona entusiasta, curiosa y con ganas de aprender y crecer.
  • Tenga capacidad para resolver problemas y disfrute colaborando con otras personas.
  • Sea creativa e innovadora, y tenga buenas habilidades analíticas.
