THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Raise awareness of L’Oréal on your Campus and online

- Embody and Communicate L’Oréal’s culture, values and mission

- Promote initiatives like the L’Oréal Internship Program and Brandstorm Challenge withing your university and online

- Participate in the Brandstorm Challenge

- Strenghen L’Oréal presence at your university by attending and supporting career fairs, masterclasses, and roundtables.

- Share highlights of L’Oréal events and initiatives on social media

- Identitify innovative ways to connect L’Oréal with university students

THE PERSONA:

- Final-year undergraduate or Master's students from any field of study

- Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)

- Natural communicators with a strong network on campus

- Proactive and driven. Eager to learn and make a difference in the academic community

- Passionate, innovative, and entrepreneurial individuals with an open mind, a drive for excellence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

THE TIMELINE: 

- Recruitment open from 8/oct until 29/oct

- Recruitment Process until 6/nov

- Kick-Off (on-site at Sede L'Oréal Portugal) 13/nov

- Full availability for the 6 month program from November until April
