Un día en la vida

Te integrarás a nuestro equipo comercial en Lima para apoyar la estrategia de Trade Marketing, impulsando la visibilidad, la experiencia del consumidor y el crecimiento de nuestras marcas líderes en los diferentes canales de venta.

  • Análisis y Estrategia: Apoyarás en el seguimiento de tendencias de mercado y desempeño de la categoría mediante indicadores de sell-in y sell-out, detectando oportunidades de negocio.
  • Ejecución en Punto de Venta: Colaborarás en la implementación de exhibiciones, material de visibilidad (PLV), promociones y activaciones comerciales para optimizar la experiencia de compra.
  • Gestión de Proyectos: Asistirás en el seguimiento de cronogramas, presupuestos y materiales requeridos para la ejecución integral de los planes de Trade Marketing.
  • Sinergia Transversal: Trabajarás junto a los equipos de Marketing, Ventas, Finanzas y Operaciones para coordinar iniciativas comerciales y asegurar una ejecución impecable.


Lo que buscamos

Buscamos un perfil analítico, organizado y con mentalidad de crecimiento, motivado por aportar soluciones creativas en el punto de venta.

  • Estudiante universitario/a activo/a de Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Excel para el análisis de datos comerciales y reportes.
  • Competencia operativa en inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
  • Interés por el entorno del retail, la gestión de proyectos y la experiencia del consumidor.
  • Competencias clave: Retail / Trade Activation, In-Store Excellence, Category Activation Management, Analytical Thinking, Collaboration.
