Un día en la vida

Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty en Lima para liderar la estrategia de visita médica, potenciando la prescripción de marcas dermatológicas como La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy y SkinCeuticals.

  • Prescripción Médica: Ejecutarás la estrategia de visita médica con profesionales de la salud target, presentando la evidencia científica y formulaciones para impulsar la recomendación médica.
  • Sinergia Comercial y Cobertura: Colaborarás con el equipo comercial para auditar la distribución y disponibilidad de productos en farmacias clave, incrementando el sell-out.
  • Análisis de Mercado: Monitorearás indicadores del sector, ciclos promocionales y estrategias de la competencia para implementar planes de acción en tu territorio.


Lo que buscamos

Buscamos un perfil con sólida visión de negocio, rigor científico y alta capacidad de negociación.

  • Formación profesional en carreras de la salud, ciencias biológicas, administración o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en visita médica, representación comercial farmacéutica o relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud.
  • Conocimiento en patologías cutáneas, ingredientes y dermocosmética (deseable).
  • Movilidad propia y disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada; inglés básico (A1/A2).
  • Competencias clave: Visita Médica, Ventas en Terreno, Comunicación Científica, Construcción de Relaciones, Pensamiento Analítico.
