主要职责：
•使用SQL、Python、Power BI等对数据进行对应的数据提取和处理，呈现可视化报表和管理仪表盘，清晰地展示供应链运营的关键指标和趋势。
•负责订单数据的收集、清洗、整理，维护，优化订单数据库等以确保数据的准确性与完整性。
•对订单和包裹数据(如消费者支付时间、退款时间、客单价等）进行多维度分析，为制定平衡时效的订单节奏提供数据支持与优化方案。
•与订单团队紧密合作完成大促，提供数智化方案支持高效处理订单。
任职要求：
•1-3年数据分析相关工作经验，有供应链或电商领域经验者优先考虑。
•掌握Python编程语言，熟悉pandas、numpy等数据处理库。熟悉SQL语言，能够熟练编写SQL语句进行数据查询、提取和转换。
•熟练使用Power BI等数据可视化工具，能够创建各种类型的报表和仪表盘。
•具备良好的数据敏感性和分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出改进建议。
•具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的同事有效沟通。
•具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
加分项：
•熟悉供应链管理流程，了解平台供应链运营的主要关键指标，如平台时效，库存指标，履约链路等。
•有独立地项目管理或流程优化项目经验等，如建立从0-1的供应链指标监控报表等或优化流程经验等。
•因电商工作性质，可在双十一或618期间配合团队hands on处理订单或紧急响应等
