A Day in the Life

  • Kampagnen & Aktionen: Unterstützung bei der Anpassung und Umsetzung von Online- und Offline-Kampagnen.
  • Verkaufsförderung: Planung nationaler Verkaufsaktionen sowie Organisation von Kundenevents und Workshops.
  • Marktanalyse: Durchführung von qualitativen und quantitativen Marktanalysen zur Trendermittlung.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Team und dem internationalen L'Oréal-Cluster.


We Are Looking For

  • Student:in oder Absolvent:in (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Sales oder Management.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Kreativität.
  • Fließende Deutsch- (C1-C2) und gute Englisch- sowie Französischkenntnisse (B2).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Neugierde auf Konsumententrends.
