Die Rolle:
Als IT Digital Domain Manager (m/w/d) treibst Du unsere digitale Agenda voran. Du leitest D2C-, B2B-, E-Commerce-Projekte, stellst IT-Strategie, Datenschutz und Sicherheit sicher. Fördere Innovationen wie GenAI, um Markenwachstum zu ermöglichen und L'Oréal's technologische Zukunft zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Business Partnering: Etabliere Dich als zentraler IT-Ansprechpartner für Marken und Geschäftsbereiche.
- Digital Leadership: Treibe den IT-Digitalbereich proaktiv voran, inkl. Webseiten, Data Privacy & E-Commerce.
- Projektmanagement: Leite digitale Projekte und unterstütze die kontinuierliche Lösungsentwicklung.
- Strategie & Compliance: Berate zur IT-Strategie und sichere die Einhaltung von DSGVO/IT-Security.
- Innovation: Bringe digitale Trend- und Technologie-Inspiration ein, auch im Bereich GenAI & Data.
Dein Profil:
- Erste Berufserfahrung in IT, Digital & E-Commerce (D2C, B2C/B2B-FMCG).
- Technisches und Business Know-how (Marktplätze, Salesforce, Datenschutz).
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, agiles Denken & Problemlösungsansätze.
- Erfahrene/r Projektmanager (agil & Wasserfall) für transversale Projekte.
- Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse.
