A Day in the Life
You step into a key role connecting medical strategy with measurable impact, reporting directly to the Head of Medical. Your daily focus is transforming healthcare professional (HCP) interactions into actionable intelligence across our omnichannel ecosystem.
- Omnichannel Tracking & ROI: Track and optimise medical performance across in-person detailing, webinars, HCP portals, and medical media, providing strategic guidance to rebalance investments across specialties.
- KPI Governance & Reporting: Design and standardise robust dashboards tracking reach, frequency, HCP satisfaction, and prescriber NPS, ensuring methodological alignment with global division standards.
- Systems Stewardship & Data Ownership: Act as the business owner for medical platforms, steering adoption for Veeva CRM, HCP 360, and MedPro Next while securing rigorous data hygiene and privacy compliance.
- Clinical Evidence Digitisation: Drive the integration of clinical studies onto a unified AI platform to extract insights that substantiate claims and elevate scientific detailing.
We Are Looking For
You bring analytical rigor that translates complex metrics into clear medical decisions. You bring:
- Data Analytics & ROI Measurement: Ability to analyse omnichannel engagement data and model strategic resource allocation for leadership.
- Medical CRM & Systems Stewardship: Practical experience steering adoption and workflows within medical CRM ecosystems like Veeva CRM and HCP 360.
- Data Governance: Grounded understanding of data hygiene, methodological consistency, and healthcare privacy standards.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across Medical Affairs, Digital, IT, and CMO teams.
- Clinical Data Acumen: Comfort navigating clinical evidence and using digital platforms to turn research into detailing assets.
