Un día en la vida
Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Centrex para liderar la estrategia de control de inventarios y confiabilidad de existencias para un portafolio de alto volumen y rotación de SKUs, impulsando estándares de la Industria 4.0 en nuestros 158 centros de distribución globales.
- Alineación y Control de Stock: Diseñarás y coordinarás programas de inventarios físicos y cíclicos, garantizando la exactitud entre el stock físico y sistemas bajo criterios PEPS (FIFO) y clasificación ABC.
- Gestión en Sistemas: Administrarás la trazabilidad y conciliación de datos para altos volúmenes de producto terminado a través de SAP (módulos MM y WM) y WMS Manhattan.
- Liderazgo de Equipos: Guiarás y desarrollarás al equipo de supervisores de inventario, asegurando la disciplina operativa, el apego a procesos y la seguridad del área.
- Mejora Continua y KPIs: Aplicarás análisis de causa raíz y herramientas Lean para diseñar tableros de control en Excel avanzado, reduciendo mermas y optimizando indicadores estratégicos de desempeño.
Lo que buscamos
Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica, liderazgo de equipos, rigor analítico y sólida experiencia en gestión de inventarios a gran escala.
- Título indispensable en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o carreras afines.
- Trayectoria demostrada en administración y control de inventarios dentro de centros de distribución o plantas de manufactura de alta rotación.
- Dominio operativo de SAP (MM/WM), WMS Manhattan y Excel avanzado (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y dashboards); certificación APICS o conocimiento en metodología IBP deseable.
- Experiencia liderando supervisores y aplicando metodologías Lean y análisis causa raíz.
- Competencia operativa en inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
- Competencias clave: Physical Stock Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Analytical Thinking, Collaborative Leadership.
