Un día en la vida
Reportando a la Dirección de Distribución Física, liderarás la estrategia nacional de transporte, coordinando a un equipo de 4 líderes directos para asegurar una operación eficiente, ágil, rentable y sustentable, garantizando entregas perfectas al menor costo y una experiencia se servicio diferenciada.
- Estrategia y Rutas: Diseñarás y optimizarás la estrategia de transporte, rutas y consolidación de cargas, maximizando la utilización de capacidad y asegurando seguridad y niveles de servicio competitivos.
- Socios Estratégicos: Dirigirás proceso de sourcing y licitaciones de transporte, así como la relación estratégica con proveedores, asegurando SLAs, capacidad calidad y planes de mejora.
- Finanzas y Procesos: Controlarás y gestionarás el presupuesto anual, provisiones en SAP, cut off mensual y el flujo de evidencias (PODs). Liderarás indicadores de transporte – OTIF, CPU, productividad, cost to serve- Identificando oportunidades de eficiencia y generación de valor para el negocio.
- Excelencia Operacional y Sustentabilidad: Impulsarás iniciativas de mejora continua, digitalización y analítica para simplificar procesos, elevar productividad y fortalecer la visibilidad end to end y responder con agilidad a las necesidades del negocio, así como la reducción de emisiones de CO2 bajo el programa L'Oréal for the Future.
- Gestión de equipo: Desarrollar un equipo de alto desempeño, promoviendo una cultura de accountability, colaboración, innovación y mejora continua.
