Un día en la vida
Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en una posición temporal de un año en nuestro centro de distribución IDC en Cuautitlán Izcalli, coordinando los procesos operativos de exportación y conectando con filiales internacionales y nuestros 158 centros de distribución globales.
- Gestión de Exportaciones: Coordinarás y darás seguimiento integral a los embarques de exportación con agentes de carga (Freight Forwarders) y transportistas.
- Operación en Sistemas: Generarás pedidos en SAP WISE y coordinarás la preparación y despacho oportuno de cargas con el equipo de almacén.
- Documentación Aduanera: Validarás y auditarás expedientes y documentos aduanales requeridos para el correcto despacho de las mercancías.
- Atención a Filiales: Mantendrás comunicación fluida con filiales internacionales y elaborarás reportes de seguimiento operativo y métricas de servicio.
Lo que buscamos
Buscamos un perfil analítico, organizado y con sólida orientación a la excelencia operativa en logística internacional.
- Licenciatura concluida en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o carreras afines.
- Experiencia demostrada en procesos de exportación y despacho aduanero.
- Dominio operativo de SAP y manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Competencia operativa en inglés intermedio (B1/B2) para atención a filiales globales.
- Disponibilidad para cobertura de posición temporal por 1 año.
- Competencias clave: International Trade & Customs, Physical Distribution Management, Supply Chain Management, Analytical Thinking, Collaboration.
