• 管理店铺业务和运营
➢协助安排店铺运营和店务工作，使员工有更多的时间服务于顾客
➢制定并分配业绩指标，支持店铺业务运营，激励员工并完成后续工作
➢推广店铺关爱的文化，关心他人的健康和安全
➢认真管理库存以提高顾客体验
➢管理店铺费用并提供建议以保证店铺盈利能力
• 管理顾客体验和业绩产出
➢引导团队并合理利用空间，提供积极的业绩产出
➢以身作则，提供优质的顾客服务，使团队了解 Aesop 的顾客体验原理
➢处理客诉，并将此作为自己和团队的一次学习机会
➢了解顾客反馈，激励团队并利用一些机会提升顾客体验
• 培养团队并提高业绩
