L’Oréal is looking for a motivated and analytical Cost Controller to join our team at the L’Oréal Indonesia Plant. What You Will Do

As a Cost Controller, you’ll help strengthen the plant’s financial performance through cost analysis, production and shipment reporting, inventory monitoring, and SAP controlling support. You’ll work closely with teams across the plant to provide reliable reporting and insights.

In this role, you will:

• Manage PRI and production reporting: Verify PRI (COGS) master data in SAP, including Production Version, BOM, and Recipe TR. Calculate and analyze existing PRI in INCA for the Budget Period, and calculate daily PRI for New Launch and Renovation items. Maintain PRI sheets and share them with PD and PLC teams.
• Report production and shipments: Track and analyze production and shipment units. Calculate Production Value, Direct Cost, and Gross Absorption for Budget and Trend Forecast.
• Monitor direct cost variances: Track and analyze Material Consumption, Substitution, Inventory, and MOS Hours variances.
• Report and forecast CNQ losses: Share monthly CNQ Loss reports with the UP department and prepare forecasts for every Trend.
• Monitor Inventory and SLOB: Report and analyze monthly Inventory and SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete), and prepare forecasts for every Trend.
• Report headcount and available hours: Prepare monthly reports and reconcile the figures with the HR team.
• Support systems and reporting: Act as the SAP Key User for the Controller team and raise issues related to the controlling area. Prepare Closing, Budget, and Trend reports in Magnitude, GRAAL, and Compass. Support Fire Fighter activities by updating Factor C and Factor M and cancelling GR transactions.

You’re a great match if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting.
