Jean: My job is all about, uh, getting employees excited about our purpose, culture, and values.

Jean: I'm so privileged to have an international career at L'Oréal. I started, of course, in my home country, Malaysia, uh, working on corporate communications. And I've had an international career based out of Hong Kong and Singapore, working at a regional capacity. And today I'm in Paris, working on the global.

Jean: For me, Corporate Affairs & Engagement is like when strategy meets creativity. The thing I'm most proud of is getting the employee advocacy program started.

Jean: When we first started talking about it, people were skeptical. They said it was too difficult.

Jean: But we thought, you know, it's such a great idea to get employees excited to share their L'Oréal story. So we said, you know, we have to do this.

Jean: And we put our minds together, and today we are seeing great results from the program. I feel incredibly proud to see our advocates sharing so passionately about L'Oréal.
