What to experience in the 1-year immersive learning journey:
Business Rotations:
- 3 impactful rotations in different business functions with 1 “core function” that you aspire to develop in. Core focus function options:
- Commercial
- Digital (CRM & E-commerce)
- Marketing
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives

We are looking for a few essential qualities in our SeedZ Management Trainees.
- University graduate in any disciplines with under 2 years of full-time working experiences
- Passionate and curious about the work and business we do
- Energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset, adept at creative problem-solving, possessing a high degree of flexibility and open-mindedness
- Enthusiastic about both independent work and team collaboration
- Analytical and adept with numbers
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of an Asian language considered advantageous
