What to experience in the 1-year immersive learning journey:

Business Rotations:

• 3 impactful rotations in different business functions with 1 “core function” that you aspire to develop in. Core focus function options:
  • Commercial
  • Digital (CRM & E-commerce)
  • Marketing
  • Supply Chain & Operations
• Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives

We are looking for a few essential qualities in our SeedZ Management Trainees. 

• University graduate in any disciplines with under 2 years of full-time working experiences
• Passionate and curious about the work and business we do
• Energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset, adept at creative problem-solving, possessing a high degree of flexibility and open-mindedness
• Enthusiastic about both independent work and team collaboration
• Analytical and adept with numbers
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of an Asian language considered advantageous
