Important: Fixed Term Contract for 1 year with prolongation, the position requires regular site visits to the L’Oréal warehouse (Dudarkiv, Kyiv region), occurring multiple times a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Distribution Quality System (SQD), monitoring and verifying proper compliance with the quality requirements of warehouse processes.
- Update and coordinate the Distribution Quality System (DQS) in the warehouse
- Define, formalise and communicate quality requirements to subcontractors (3PL, warehousing or transport) through training and application of SQD through communication, auditing and documentation (SOPs)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of SQD implementation and compliance with quality procedures (KPIs, planning and conducting audits)
- Quality assurance of all inventory operations (receiving, storage, inventory, transfer, destruction/recycling, co-packing, transport, etc.)
- Claims management with factories, customers and warehouse service providers, root cause analysis and development of action plans for improvement
- Participate in the update and annual testing of the business continuity plan
- Monitoring and tracking the implementation of quality audit recommendations
- Participation in sustainable development projects (L4TF)

YOUR BACKGROUND
- University degree in logistics, operations management, business administration or related fieldy
- Relevant 3+ years of experience in operations
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy with numbers
- You have experience of working in cross-functional teams and implementing projects independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode
- At least Intermediate English Proficiency (text corresponding)
